By engaging in Gametown Matches, you acknowledge and affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
If investigators or spectators detect any suspicious player during gameplay, Gametown reserves the right to disqualify, suspend, or place the individual's account on hold, and may al so cancel any associated winning prizes or amounts.
Technical glitches may lead to match cancellations, in which case entry fees will be refunded to participants or a rematch may be scheduled.
Failure to submit correct details while participating in a match will result in the cancellation of the reward/prize amount for that player, with no refund processed.
The use of any mods or hacks during gameplay is strictly prohibited. Suspicious activity will be met with immediate action, including account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and rendering the wallet balance useless.
Misusing in-game glitches or errors will lead to the disqualification of the player from the match, and no rewards for that match will be considered.
Emulators are not permitted in non-emulator matches. Players violating this rule will be removed, and if not removed, they may not receive match rewards/prizes.
Participants must ensure they obtain match details, such as Room ID and Password, before the match start time. This information is shared in the app and through SMS. Failure to join the room before the match start time will result in the inability to participate, with no refund processed.
If participants fail to join the room due to external issues from their end (e.g., slow internet, multitasking, minimizing the game, receiving calls or SMS), no refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued if participants are kicked or auto-kicked from the room without any apparent reasons, provided proper valid evidence such as a screenshot of the error screen or message is submitted.
